Dunhill Beach Resort

Amazing place and location.Right in front of the beach.Great restaurant that's attached to stay.A lot of other outlets which are walkable.Friendly staff, good housekeeping team.

Location of the hotel is good

Breakfast was not included in tarriff. Also, hotel did not accomodate early check in request.Also, courtyard room shown in photo was on ground floor, but we were given room on first floor which is disappointing

Dunhill Beach Resort and Restaurant is a fantastic hotel. We originally booked 3 nights only but were so pleased with the hotel and their great restaurant we extended our stay twice. The rooms are large, clean and have wonderful balconies. The bathrooms are very nice with a toilet stall separated from the delightful shower stall. Their shaded, open air beachfront restaurant serves the most delicious snacks, meals and drinks from early morning through late night. The staff at the hotel and restaurant are all very accommodating and helpful. They are all friendly, kind and playful. I highly recommend staying and eating at Dunhill for a wonderful Agonda holiday.

location was the best part of dunhill. its close to the beach and the shopping.

the room was not so good. first two days they forced us to take a bad room where the shower made constant noise. also they gave me a king size bed instead of a twin bed after I threatened to leave. even the room was changes only after threat of leaving. the manager only responded to the threat of cancelling the booking. the rest of the staff was ok. also housekeeping wanted to do things as per timing. they keep knocking the door and disturbing till u let them clean your room. pretty sad. only reason I was there because of the lack of any other place in the neighborhood.

We got the cottage rooms.They were spacious .requires a TV and probably a broom to sweep off the sand which gets inside the room.

The furnishings are a bit old but passable .the latches need to be changed .

Everything !! It's a wonderful small resort . Relaxed and very comfortable..excellent staff ..great food ..lovely clean rooms ..2 min to the beach ..Great value altogether!!

I was at the back of the courtyard and the smell of the neighbourhood restaurant was very close - but everything else made up for it

Rusty curtain pole with moth eaten curtains Rusty bins in rooms Furniture out dated and scruffy.fridgeRooms just need a bit of TLCCould be bought back to life for a small amount of money. Once we looked around there are better properties for lower prices Sunbeds no longer allowed on beaches So lying on sand where dogs and cows relief themselves is not my ideal of fun Would put me off going again with no loungers on the beach.Staff are lovely.bedding mismatched with hard pillows

The location is spot on, the rooms are good but a bit tired. I wished it had some character. It's just another hotel room and nothing more. Having said that, the room was clean, the bed comfortable, the toilet and bathroom spotless, the towels were fresh and the grounds green. The staff were good, I can't complain there and were kind and attentive.

Food was a big minus for me. I suppose if you wanted to eat the standard Punjabi fare you will be fine but their Goan dishes were, let's just say, not Goan. The food needs improvement.

room needs minor additions like plug sockets on both sides of bed, extra hooks in bathrooms, small fridge.

If you're looking for reliable Wi-Fi, this isn't the place for you. If you value peace and quiet, the hotel by the roadside won't meet your needs. If having a working safe in the room is important to you, this isn't the right choice either—it doesn't work. If exposed electric cables in the bathroom make you uncomfortable, this isn't your place. If you're bothered by bare lightbulbs hanging from the ceiling or wood partially painted over with wall paint, you might want to look elsewhere. That said, these issues didn't bother me too much—I know conditions in India can sometimes be worse. However, next time, I'll opt for the neighbor's hotel, "SEA 2000," which is half the price and appears much cleaner and quieter.

Good location, great wait staff at the restaurant

room not worth the price and bed caused allergies. They have good rooms but don't give it to booking.com customers, it felt like.

Location of property was great for the beach and street shopping.

I booked two deluxe courtyard rooms. Our rooms were upstairs around the side with no view of the courtyard which was beautiful btw. I was in constant contact with the resort prior to arrival. Good communication!

Repeated electricity outages through the night requiring manual restoration by night guard, WiFi poor and intermittent, A/C only has one setting running very cold, which is too cold to keep going all night.

The property is very near to beach, just across the road. Rooms were clean and big.

No restaurant on the property. The restaurant on the beach side was closed for the rainy season. They should make food arrangements for their guests atleast breakfast should be included.
